Graduate Student Scheduled to join as Tenure-Track Faculty at University of Kansas

Congratulations to Tamzidul Hoque, graduate student of Warren B. Nelms Institute for the Connected World and Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) . He will be joining the EECS Department of the University of Kansas (KU) as an Assistant Professor, starting from Fall 2020! At KU, Tamzidul will be pursuing research on various IoT technologies, focusing on reconfigurable architecture, resilient systems, cybersecurity and validation.

Tamzidul has been supervised by our Director and Semmoto Endowed Professor Dr. Swarup Bhunia. Tamzidul’s research in cybersecurity has contributed in more than 20 peer-reviewed publications. Tamzidul is also a recipient of the ECE Florida Graduate Research Excellence Award in 2018.
