The conference venue is Malachowsky Hall, UF Campus, 1889 Museum Rd. Gainesville, FL 32606

The conference will mainly be in the NVIDIA Auditorium (MALA 1000), located on the 1st floor of the building. The registration table will be directly outside the auditorium.

 

Parking

  • We have free virtual parking validation codes for our attendees. Parking codes will be valid for the one specified day only.
  • The parking will be valid for Orange zones in Garage 14, approximately a 5-minute walk to the venue. (Walking directions from parking garage)

Instructions:

Step 1: Download and Install the Passport Parking App or use the website

  • If you don’t have the Passport Parking app already, go to the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android).
  • Search for “Passport Parking” and download the app.

Step 2: Sign In or Create an Account

  • If you have an existing Passport Parking account, simply log in using your credentials.
  • If you don’t have an account, tap “Sign Up” and follow the prompts to create one. You’ll need to provide basic details like email, phone number, and payment information.

Step 3: Locate Your Parking Session

  • Once you’re logged in, tap on “Park” or “Start Parking” to select the parking spot you’re in.
  • Enter your Zone number (67264), parking duration (All day), etc.

Step 4: Access Coupon Code Section

  • On the parking details screen, look for the “Promo Code” or “Coupon Code” field.
  • This is usually found under the payment options or at the final step of the parking setup.

Step 5: Enter the Coupon Code

  • Tap on the “Promo Code” field and enter the coupon code exactly as provided.
  • Make sure there are no spaces or typos in the code.
  • After entering the code, tap “Apply” or “Redeem” to use the coupon.
  • The app will apply the coupon, and you should see a discount reflected in your total amount for parking.
  • Your parking cost will adjust according to the discount.

Step 8: Confirm Your Parking Session

  • You’ll receive a confirmation of your parking session and the applied discount.
  • Make sure to keep a record of the session details or the confirmation screen for reference, if necessary.
