The conference venue is Malachowsky Hall, UF Campus, 1889 Museum Rd. Gainesville, FL 32606
The conference will mainly be in the NVIDIA Auditorium (MALA 1000), located on the 1st floor of the building. The registration table will be directly outside the auditorium and will be open from 8:00am both days.
Parking
Some complimentary parking may be available for attendees. Please fill the registration form if you would like to request complimentary parking.
Metered parking, disabled parking, and electric vehicle charging are available throughout UF Campus. Refer to the Parking Map for details.
Hotel
There are numerous hotels close to the conference venue at the University campus. We don’t have any specific recommendation. The choices include:

Presentations
If you have any slides to present, you can upload them here in the appropriate session folder. There is also the option to connect to a laptop via USB or USB-C or flash drive. Please be mindful of the presentation time allotted, as we have a very full program and we need to stay on schedule.
