New Faculty Member Highlight: Eric S Coker

Eric S. Coker, MS, Ph.D. is a Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental and Global Health. Dr. Coker’s research interests are at the intersection of social determinants of health, population susceptibility, and environmental chemical exposures, and investigating how these factors combine to cause health effects and drive health disparities in maternal and child health.

Graduate Student Keerthiraj wins awards in Coding and Hack-a-thon competitions

UF-ECE PhD candidate and Nelms Institute student Keerthiraj Nagaraj was awarded an ‘Advanced Achievement’ digital badge for successful completion of all the exercises in the third “IBM Quantum Challenge”, a global competitive coding contest involving 2000 students, researchers, and industry professionals from all over the world.
